Sophisticated process controls ensure that precisely the right content reaches the addressee. Exclusive scanning device can read any type of coding, such as OMR, 1 and 2 tracks, 1D barcodes and 2D Datamatrix to manage personalised mailings. Full page reader capability allows flexible positioning of OMR and barcoding. Optional integrity checking software ensures 100% accurate processing. Mail Piece Production Control option adds a unique ID and builds up an audit trail for each production job.

Mail sent using DS-90 delivers professional looking mailings with neat folds and correctly located addresses. Collates and assembles all documents before folding so all the documents are presented together and in the right order. The large powerFold capacity can insert up to 10 sheets in a single envelope. You have a choice of 5 fold types (letter, zigzag, single, double parallel, no fold).

Flexibility is delivered by the option to expand from 2 to 7 stations, providing additional capacity and protecting your investment for future needs.
