For the larger potential customers who are already probably well versed in the benefits of mechanised mailroom and office equipment we offer a sophisticated range of franking, scales and heavier duty letter openers and extractors, envelope sealers and high security shredders as well as automatic folding inserting systems to allow high speed automation of the mailroom.
We supply frankers from the largest two manufacturers, Neopost and Pitney Bowes, under our Royal Mail approval which authorises us as a supplier and maintainer of frankers; and we are the European exclusive dealer for a heavy duty letter opener & extractor which is invaluable in major in-bound mail processing areas, facilities management or business process outsource companies.
Our largest clients include banks & building societies, major Government departments, local authorities and buying groups and large "blue chip" companies and this is not only for the supply of new or second user equipment, it also includes "third party maintenance" where we presently maintain equipment such as Opex, Stielow, Neopost, Pitney Bowes and other equipment on behalf of our customer – the user – instead of the original supplier. Reasons are often because the customer wishes to have "single source supply" on a comprehensive contract, which often saves around 20-25% on annual costs, but since cost is not everything, we find customers turn to us (and STAY with us) because we demonstrate that we can match and often improve on their present SLAs.
