Whilst we do support customers directly, we also have a valued network of dedicated dealers for many of our products and services.
These generally fall in to the following categories and cover such products as postal scales, letter openers, envelope sealers and other mailroom hardware; and consumables such as franking machine labels, ink and rate-update software for new postal tariffs.
We have dealers in the UK who are typically registered for franking machines and other products and who regularly fully configure scales to link with franking machines or who may need other heavy duty letter openers or hardware. These typically have a small sales & service force of their own. We also have UK dealers who only concentrate on consumables – especially ink cartridges and franking machine labels. They are typically internet – based sales organisations who sometimes employ telesales staff. In turn, our overseas dealers also fall in to the same two basic categories, the main difference being that we tend to work exclusively with one dedicated hardware seller per country so as to give major support for sales and servicing within that geographic area.
