NEPO selects Totalpost for Sales & Service of Franking Machines

Totalpost announced today that it has been selected by the North Eastern Purchasing Organisation (NEPO) to supply and service franking machines to local member authorities in the North East of England.

The contract to supply and service franking machines is for a period of 24 months, with an opportunity to extend for a further 24 months based on a performance review.

“NEPO were most impressed by our product knowledge and aftersales support,” says Carolyn Hymers, Sales Director for Total. “Once again we have demonstrated our experience in this sector. We also put the customer first, which sounds simple – but is tremendously important.”

NEPO’s members include Newcastle City Council, Durham County Council, and many others. “This is a fantastic opportunity, and we will work towards developing this relationship [with NEPO] further”, says Carolyn.
