In 2010, Totalpost created two dedicated Disaster Recover / Business Continuity centres specifically for mailroom backup and support offering end-to-end mail opening, document scanning and processing.
Established in 2002, Totalpost (formerly known as Totalpostweigh International Ltd) primarily focused on the development and manufacture of it's own brand of Postal scales that are still available today.
In 2005, Totalpost gained accreditation by Royal Mail as “third party maintainers & suppliers of franking machines” and immediately after were appointed as re-sellers of franking machines for the two largest manufacturers - Pitney Bowes® and Neopost®.
In 2009, Royal Mail approved Totalpost’s own comprehensive range of high quality, cost effective franking machine ink or ribbon cartridges specifically designed and tested for franking machines manufactured by Pitney Bowes®, Neopost®, Francotyp Postalia® and Frama®.
In 2010, Totalpost acquired Veridata, a Returned and Gone Away Mail specialist. This acquisition allowed Totalpost to offer a specialist, automated service of data capture ‘paper in to image out’ of Returned and Gone Away Mail.
In 2011, Totalpost signed a deal to become the exlcusive UK distributor of Astrophysics X-Ray Screening equipment. This allows Totalpost to provide state of the art X-Ray equipment, maintenance and service to all it's customers who screen either Mail, Parcel, Baggage or Freight items.
