November 03 2008 – Total announced today it has appointed a new member of staff, Simon Dorman, to act as Service Co-ordinator at the Company's offices in Norwich, Norfolk.

Following the decision to centralise Service Desk functions to its Norwich office, the need for a new member of staff was identified.  A recruitment process was put in place with applicants being initially interviewed by Andrew Drake (General Manager, Total Equipment Services Division) and then second interviews conducted by David Hymers (Managing Director of Total Postweigh International Ltd).

The recruitment process was successful and the new member of staff, Simon Dorman, joined the Norwich office on 3rd November 2008.

Simon’s primary duties include: coordination of service call handling, despatching of repair calls to `in-house’ engineers and to 3rd party service partners, management of spare-parts provision, collation of data for management information, and general business support.
